Customers may return unused items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, email support@trendokart.com with your order number and reason.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges: Defective or damaged items may be exchanged; please contact us to arrange.
Non-returnable Items: Gift cards and discounted-price items cannot be returned or refunded.
